Rental
By phone(+33 674 559 595) or e-mail(masdecinqsous@gmail.com). Once chosen your vacation dates, we will send you a rental contract, which you will need to initial and sign. In order to pre-fill your rental contract, we need your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
Rental rates for this luxury villa rental in Provence include bed linen and towels, a 3-hour mid-stay cleaning service and a final cleaning service.
In high season (July and August), our rates include 2x3h of cleaning.
In each bathroom, you will find 100% local, 100% vegan and provençal bath products from Végétalement Provence brand.
Unless otherwise agreed, arrival is on the first day of rental between 4pm and 8pm. The house must be vacated no later than the last day of rental before 10am. Want to arrive earlier or leave later? We will always find solutions! How about a picnic in the shade of a pine tree? One idea among many others.
A deposit is indeed required. The amount of the deposit is given to you in the rental terms and conditions of the Mas. It will be returned to you after your stay, no later than two weeks from the date of the exit inventory.
Your booking is confirmed when we receive a deposit of 30% of your stay by bank transfer. The balance of the stay, tourist tax and optional extras must be paid by bank transfer no later than 30 days before arrival.
Conditions
When you rent a vacation home, you absolutely must ensure that your liability insurance covers the seasonal rental. In addition, we strongly recommend that you take a cancellation insurance to cover this risk. The cancellation conditions set are strict and non-negotiable.
Yes, it is forbidden to smoke inside the Mas. On the terraces, there are ashtrays for your cigarette butts.
We count on you not to throw them out into nature. It takes more than 2 years for a cigarette butt to decompose.
Services
Of course! Le Mas de Cinq Sous loves babies! Travel cot, high chair, suitable crockery, baby monitor, books and toddler games, we have everything you need for your child to have a wonderful stay in this luxury villa rental in Provence.
At the time of your reservation, we will send you a list of options and services offered at an additional cost. All you have to do is book in advance by email or phone. Households, massages, treatments, transport can be decided at the last moment but certain activities require a reservation several weeks in advance. Just ask us! We will do our best to make every moment spent at Mas de Cinq Sous unforgettable.
You will find a gas barbecue in front of the house and an electric Plancha on the “pétanque” side. It is strictly forbidden to do wood fires in this part of the Alpilles. We ask you to be particularly careful with your cigarettes. Every year, they are responsible for a majority of the forest fires with the well known catastrophic consequences.
The Mas has a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

A natural pool, also called a biological pool, is a pool that works as a result of the combination of certain bacteria and aquatic plants. The development of a genuine “fauna/flora” ecosystem promotes water quality and balance. In other words, it’s a pool that works naturally, without chemicals. This does not mean that you are going to swim in a pond or a swamp. No, not at all! A weekly maintenance of the pool will ensure you all the comfort of a so-called “normal” swimming pool. The 6×12-meter swimming pool is ideal for the more athletic swimmers.
We provide free wifi access via satellite fiber. Excellent bandwidth means you can watch movies on different screens via Apple TV, work in remote or take part in videoconderences. The best thing to do in such an exceptional place is to be connected, yes, but to nature.
As the French say:”To live well, stay unseen”. We will give you all the details when confirming your booking. Do not hesitate to ask us for a transport solution from your place of arrival (station/airport) as, we have wonderful drivers who will be happy to bring you to us. We will, of course, be there to welcome you at the end of your journey.
If you arrive at the Mas by your own means, we will give you a meeting point at a specific time because the Mas does not exist on most GPS. We didn’t lie to you when we said this is a secret place.
This luxury rental in France can accommodate up to 8 guests. But we can install an extra bed for a child in one of the bedrooms.
We are very sorry, but the Mas de Cinq Sous is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
