A symbol of the Provencal landscape, the mas embodies perfect harmony between interior and exterior, inviting you to savor the Alpilles art of living. Once a farm, it is now being stripped of its original meaning, as it is now used for all contemporary construction. The exhibition explores its architecture, vocabulary and evolution, offering a glimpse into the buildings of yesteryear.<\/p>\n

Anecdote: it was a photo of the Mas de Cinq Sous that was chosen by the museum for the exhibition poster!<\/p>\n

“David Bowie, Mr Jones ‘Long Hair” exhibition <\/span><\/h3>\n

David Lawrence, author of the exhibition, traces David Bowie’s career and personal life through the eyes of his half-brother. Terry Burns comments on his career through over a hundred photographs, including previously unpublished shots by Philippe Auliac and Michel Haddi, accompanied by analyses by David Lawrence. Discover an intimate testimony and a unique dive into the world of the icon.<\/p>\n
